I am an experienced arts manager, curator and creative producer, with experience in both CEO and Artistic Director roles. I have expertise in the areas of arts policy and strategy, arts programming, collaboration and partnerships, audience development and community engagement

In recent years I have worked as a literary curator, a screenwriter and arts producer for the ABC, and the co-director of the Ubud Writers & Readers Festival, and have extensive experience in developing truly collaborative partnerships, including international partnerships.
I sit on many peer assessment panels and arts advisory committees, including Adelaide Writers’ Week and the Australian Short Story Festival, and I am currently the fiction convener for the Adelaide Festival Literature Awards. I was an Australia Council for the Arts peer assessor from 2014 to 2016, Chair of the Arts South Australia Community and Disability Organisations Assessment Committee, and was part of the Australia Council’s Governance Reference Group in 2016.
In 2015 I was a recipient of an Australia Council for the Arts Artistic Leadership Grant to explore literary communities in Malaysia and Singapore, and I am very fortunate to currently be part of the Australia Council’s inaugural Arts Leaders Program.
